COVID-19 SHIPPING INFO

All orders are still sent within our usual timeframe of 1-2 business days to dispatch your orders.

Both domestic & international orders are currently experiencing massive delays via Australia Post for standard shipping. Please understand this is out of our control. There is an increase in online sales and a decrease in flights, not forgetting restrictions and lockdowns in place that have further contributed to delays.

We are doing our absolute best in this unprecedented time, we are happy to resend your tracking information should you email us, however there is nothing we can do to make our couriers deliver any faster. We ask that you closely monitor your tracking links and give up to 2 weeks for domestic orders and up to 10 weeks for international orders. We are unable to offer any refunds unless your order is deemed to be missing by our couriers or if it gets returned to us.

GENERAL INFO
Each order is dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. Orders will be dispatched the next business day.

 

PRE ORDERS
All orders will be held until the pre-ordered item(s) arrive and then your order will be shipped together which is approximately 2-3 weeks. We do our best to ensure that anticipated delivery dates on pre-sale items are accurate. Please however note that delivery times on pre-order items cannot be guaranteed and Infinitybyys takes no responsibility in the event that pre-order items are delayed.
