EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please note we do not provide exchanges/refunds on pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons, under any change of mind circumstance.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless a FAULT is identified, then we will compensate with a new replacement product or a full refund of your purchase.
Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to process exchanges, but the customer will need to compensate for the postage fees.
